          Training with Zack rejuvenated my overall health and well being. I began training with Zack in September 2007 at one of the local gyms in Summerville, SC. While I’ve always been an active and fit person, entering my mid thirties and working a rewarding, yet high stress job had taken their toll on my metabolism, fitness, and nutrition. I found myself eating whatever was handy, and due to long hours, I was not sleeping enough, leading to sluggishness that prevented me from exercising on a regular basis. I was about to give up on ever being really healthy again, until I met Zack.


            Training with Zack made all the difference! He is a great motivator in the gym, and will push you to take your body to a whole new level. I have never been much of a runner (I actually hate it!), and before I knew it, I was running on the treadmill! Under Zack’s supervision, I added strength training 2 – 3 times a week, while doing cardio on the days we weren’t lifting weights. At first, I wasn’t dropping any weight, and I was very frustrated. However, the first time Zack took my measurements, I realized I was dropping inches all over. It was so inspiring!


            The second important part of our training was nutrition. Zack taught me to eat a “clean” diet of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean protein, and complex carbohydrates. Wow, eating fresh fruits and vegetables…what a simple concept! We also discussed my medication that I was taking, which can cause women to gain weight and slow our metabolism. After consulting with my doctor, I changed medications and began taking a supplement for women that Zack recommended. After a couple of weeks on the new medicine and supplement, the weight began dropping off!


            As of today, I have lost 10 lbs. (half of my goal) and several inches all over my body. Instead of hitting the drive thru, I make time at night to prepare my lunch for the next day, following the principles of eating clean. I work out 5 – 6 times a week, either in the gym or at home. My energy is up, and I receive daily compliments from my friends and coworkers on how fit and healthy I look. I plan to reach my goal weight by summertime, and then set a new fitness goal for myself (maybe training for a marathon?).


            I could not have accomplished any of this without Zack. He is a ball of energy and an awesome mentor, especially on those bad days when you would rather be anywhere but in the gym! He will pull you through those tough times and keep you on track. Zack is the best!

     OMG!  Look at my new body! I'm the one on the right in this picture and that's my sister on the left...  I hope what I have to say excites you, it has been an incredible experience for me!  Our Trainer is It.  I've been working his online fitness program for 12 days now (wowee!), and I can already see my cottage cheese backside turning (as the song says) to an apple bottom butt, before my very eyes.

    Check out the site, I know what went through your mind "that skinny-stick little Heather doesn't know what cottage cheese is".  Well, you all know, skinny or fat, big or small, we all have those pretty, puckered, problematic parts.  And, all I can say is I'm looking forward to bikini time!

    I've altered 2 things in my lifestyle and watched my shape modify.

    In attempts to get to where I want to be, I've thought to myself.."let's try these special supplements...or this workout plan that worked for 'hundreds of millions'... then there's the newest weight loss diet that there is no possible way you could stick to for long term keeping what you've finally achieved.   Zack, my Fitness & Nutrition Trainer, using a one on one phone call asking pertinent detailed questions and viewing pictures of current body state, sets up your workout routine and nutrition program.  What's really cool about his program is it doesn't matter if you have a gym membership, a home gym or no equipment at all.  Zack customizes a program based on that criteria.  And even better, it's all virtual, done over the internet.

     It's not a one-time evaluation recommendation he does.  Each week you send him new photos, and each week he sends you your new customized routine and nutrition program to make sure you're seeing results exactly on track with what you want.  You email back and forth through out the week with questions, comments, stories, fears, successes, and he'll tell you his input and feedback.  The insight and motivation he gives you is the breakthrough piece.

    My diet is not a "diet".  It is a clean way of life, eating A LOT, eating the right things, combinations.  My metabolism feels like it has kicked up to a growing teenager.  My energy level is fantastic.  I'm not hungry and I feel so, with not knowing a better way to say it, my insides and my body just feel clean from the all the foods we eat.  His program is based on body fat percentages.  That is so important.  We all know that fat takes up more volume than pounds.  And, we all know that muscle weighs more than fat.  So, as you're going through the program, you're shaping your body, not hung up on pounds lost or the number on the scale.

    Do it on your time!  He does his work with you over the internet, you do it on your schedule.

    Most of you know that I'm pretty active, I workout fairly often and that I like my share of sports.  Still, those problematic parts rear their tenacious heads!  It takes the knowledge of knowing what foods to combine with what foods to impart the correct combination mix in your system each time you eat.  Which exercises to do in which systematic order to produce the visual result.  At 12 days in, I wished I'd known this stuff before.


     I got to choose from Toned, Athletic, or Hard-core Ripped, for Man or Woman, Young or Mature, Local, World-wide or Traveling and on the move all the time, feel healthy, get a clean ticker (your heart!) and a physique I’m proud to show off.
